Sessions

Private Sessions are conducted in two ways, in person or on the phone. Private Sessions are conducted in Glendale, CA.

Like most health-related services, hypnotherapy is only as effective as the practitioner. It's important to work with someone credible, reliable, certified and who understands the uniqueness of each client's experience.

The first session may last up to 2 hours, during which an interview is conducted and the client's concerns and goals are discussed. The client then is educated in different techniques and a therapy session is conducted. Subsequent sessions are approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

Because everyone is unique and responds differently to therapy, most clients benefit greatly from just a few sessions, thus a set number of sessions can not be specified initially. The client's improvements are calibrated during each session and the need for further therapy is determined accordingly.

Don't work with someone unless you feel comfortable with them. The sooner you call Liza to set up your free initial consultation, the sooner you can relax.

On Time Arrival
We recommend you to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete the initial intake forms. Understanding that sometimes being late is unavoidable, we do our very best to accommodate every client, however, depending on circumstances, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service.

Appointment Scheduling
As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments, however, clients are invited to telephone or email us 1-2 days prior to their appointment to confirm.

Cancellation Policy
The courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice is requested for all services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged a 100% fee, unless it is possible to fill the appointment time. Cancellations due to sudden labor are excused with well wishes!
