Liza Boubari
I passionately believe in prevention and natural approaches to health and well being. I advocate moderation, laughing, home cooked meals, outdoor walks, listening to music that moves you, reading, pampering the body, volunteering in the community, networking and mentoring others to healthy lifestyle and wellness.
My journey in the field of hypnotherapy and alternative healing began over ten years ago when I had to undergo surgery for an ovarian cyst. Through the guidance of hypnosis I was able to heal myself. Being a hypnotherapist, for me, is all about being. I’m doing work I believe in, with people who amaze me. I am a practical hypnotherapist and tend to take less of a scientific approach. When I describe what hypnotherapy means to me, I get a little sentimental. I don’t know if any of us are put on this earth for a purpose. But if we are, I believe I have found mine. It’s been 9 years since I have stopped smoking through self-hypnosis and now I assist my clients in doing so and much more. There are many things that are unknown to us, yet we all possess the power to heal!
