Julie Subido- RD, CMt –   In 1992, Julie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from The Ohio State

University in Columbus, OH. She worked over 5 years in a hospital as a Clinical Dietitian which included nutrition education for weight loss, diabetes and cardiac disease. Julie obtained her Massage Therapy certification from Los Angeles Vocational Institute in 2002. Her specialties include Therapeutic/Swedish and Deep Tissue. She also specializes in weight loss, nutrition. Julie will be available to consult your overall health as our nutritionist in addition to practicing massage therapy. Julie has been part of HealWithin team since 2001. Jon Stange- CMt –

Jon has been in the health & wellness industry for over sixteen years practicing massage therapy and specialized bodywork. Among his many gifts of manual therapy are: Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, traditional therapeutic Swedish Massage, Reflexology and a unique form of bodywork called: Structural Integration, or Rolfing. Structural Integration has been around since the late 1960’s – this deep muscular manipulation with joint movement was designed to change the body’s structure into a unified, balanced, graceful form. The work is done over a course of 10 or more sessions and it is not for the faint of heart as it can be very painful at times, but it is also transformative and can last a lifetime. Jon’s roots are in massage therapy and works tirelessly to keep clients relaxed and pain-free as their body changes. His hands are very powerful, yet therapeutic and sensitive as well.   Jon joined the HealWithin team March of 2012!  Welcome Jon!

Zhanna Izotova- CMt –

Zhanna (pronounced Jana) is a State Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of “National Holistic Institute”. Her work experience with clients has been polished through real world experience and within various countries, such as Russia, Greece, Thailand and now United States of America. She moved to California to find other talents in herself and discovered the gift of Massage. Zhanna specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu Massage. Her professional goal is to make people feel better and healthier!   Zhanna has a wonderful personality and energy – she joined the HealWithin team August 2012.

Dan Leonard-

CMt – Dan is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and graduate of “Touch Therapy Institute” as of September 2004. He moved to California from Chicago to pursue his dream in acting and found the art of Massage. Dan specializes in  Swedish, Deep Tissue and Chair Massage. His gregarious personality can be infectious! Dan has been part of HealWithin team since 2004.

Amy Vreeman-

CMt – Having wrestled with a chronic pain for many years herself, Amy recognizes and knows firsthand the power and healing in touch. Wanting to share that healing and relief with others struggling with pain and illness of any kind, she sought training in massage therapy at the Massage School of Pasadena as well as the Hands on Healing Institute in Los Angeles. Amy specializes in Swedish, Hawaiian deep tissue (known as Lomi Lomi), and Chair Massage. In addition to being a massage therapist, Amy is a passionate pianist, photographer, filmmaker and world traveler. Amy has been part of HealWithin team since 2009

Janine Glass-

Janine Glass is a certified RYT200+ with training from creatrix, Ana Forrest, through her Foundations Course and has completed the Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program with Forrest Yoga Guardian, Colleen Millen.  After practicing several different styles of yoga for years, Janine walked into her first Forrest yoga class and immediately fell in love (and out of a handstand!) with the principles and philosophy of Forrest yoga. It became the yoga that made the most sense, brought her out of her head and into her body and has come to define her teaching style. Over the past few years she has learned to teach students to go deeper to finding their truths; she encourages you to take the gifts you have learned beyond the mat and into the rest of your life. She teaches students from an authentic place to celebrate the beauty of life and the power of their authentic Spirit.

Janine is based in Pasadena and is available for both corporate, private and class instruction in the Los Angeles area.
