Hypnotherapy for Children & Teens

Every young person deserves to be safe, happy, and healthy.

A Growing Mental Health Crisis

NAMI — National Alliance of Mental Illness reports: Depression, anxiety, and suicidality among young people are at record levels. The situation is so troubling that the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and the Children's Hospital Association jointly declared a national children's mental health emergency late last year.

This is taking a toll on children, families, and educators alike.

Why Children Respond So Well to Hypnotherapy

I have extensive experience working with kids 8 years old and up. Children respond exceptionally well to hypnotherapy.

Most are often in trance throughout the day — interacting with video games, texting, watching TV, or when they play. Their vivid imaginations and natural suggestibility enable them to more easily erase fears and anxieties, and improve study skills and sports performance.
